If you haven't recieved your package within 5 working days please get in touch with our customer services by emailing and we will do our best to track it down for you however please note that courier times are estimated and may take longer for rural deliveries.
Gift wrapping is a complimentary service offered to our customers. We put a lot of effort into making our gifts look beautifully wrapped. If this is a service you do not wish for then please specify when you get to the checkout.
Unfortunatley we cannot take pre-orders online. If you would like to purchase something that is 'coming soon' please get in touch with Striped Marlin via email or phone and we can do our best to arrange something for you.
Items that are too large or difficult to send are not available to be bought online due to variable freight charges. If something large does take your fancy feel free to pop into the Striped Marlin store or contact them directly via email or phone.
